Welcome to ThrIV Total Health IV Therapy (“ThrIV Total Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, booking services, or receiving treatment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

ThrIV Total Health provides mobile and in-home IV therapy and wellness services administered by licensed medical professionals. Services are intended to support hydration, wellness, and recovery and are not a substitute for primary medical care.

• Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• IV therapy is elective and wellness-based.
• You should consult your physician before receiving treatment, especially if you have underlying medical conditions.
• Services are provided only after appropriate medical screening and approval.

• Clients must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian present with consent.
• You must provide accurate and complete medical information prior to treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if treatment is deemed unsafe.

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
• We require at least [24 hours] notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
• Pets should be secured during treatment for safety.

Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

All content on our website—including logos, branding, text, and images—is the property of ThrIV Total Health and may not be used without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ThrIV Total Health is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThrIV Total Health and its staff from any claims arising out of your use of services or violation of these Terms.
